A local RSS leader Ravinder Gosain was shot dead near his house in Ludhiana on Tuesday. The two bike-borne assailants with their faces covered fled the scene after committing the crime.
Returning from shakha
Mr. Gosain suffered two bullet injuries, one in the head and another in the shoulders with their faces covered. The leader was returning home after attending shakha routine of the RSS. Ludhiana Police Commissioner R.N. Dhoke told reporters that the investigations had begun and the police were looking at all angles. He said it would be premature to call it a terrorist.
