At least three workers were killed and 14 injured when a four-story building under construction collapsed in a byline off the Kasavanahalli here on Thursday.
Rescue operations were still underway late at night "With the building owner, site supervisor and engineer absconding, we don't know how much more workers are trapped," said a National Disaster Response Force(NDRF) officer.
