On third visit on Gujarat in a month, PM says economic reforms reforms will continue

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on his third visit to poll-bound Gujarat this month on Sunday, slammed the opposition for questioning the Election Commission's motives in delaying the announcement of the Assembly poll scheduled for the State.
"The Opposition parties have no authority to questioning the Election Commission over the announcement of the poll schedule". Mr. Modi said, addressing a gathering in Vadodara.
The crucial polls are due this year and the term of the Assembly ends on January 22, 20018.
'Economy on track'
The Prime Minister also defended the Center's policies in the context of criticism about an economic slowdown due to introduction of the Goods and Services Tax and demonstration.
After all reforms and hardcore decision the economy is on the track and is going in the right direction, Mr. Modi said arresting that hard decision regarding economic reforms will continue.
